How did you discover your passion?
Passion varies from person to person because everyone has different interests. For me, my passion developed in the field of Human Resources, particularly in manpower management.
I find it meaningful because HR not only supports employment opportunities but also contributes to people’s growth and development. To me, it feels like noble work—helping individuals build their careers while also supporting organisational success.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life
My biggest motivation comes from my parents and my husband, who have always been the strongest pillars of support in my life. Along with them, my friends have also encouraged and motivated me throughout my journey.
At the same time, I consider myself a self-motivated person who believes in continuous growth and resilience. I strongly believe in equality and do not support any kind of gender discrimination.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
– Never give up.
– Whenever you fall, start again from where you left off, and keep moving forward.
– Always think broadly and outside the box, because that mindset is what helps you learn, grow, and achieve more.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
Keys to Success:
a) Stay focused and concentrate on your goals.
b) Be self-confident and self-motivated in every step you take.
c) Develop a visionary mindset to see beyond the present and work toward long-term growth.
What advice would you give to our readers?
Advice is always meant for betterment. My advice to readers is to be optimistic thinkers and apply what you learn in life in different ways to achieve better results.
Read carefully, reflect deeply, and try to understand the true meaning behind every experience, as this will create a lasting impact. Stay open-minded, embrace positivity, and keep growing.
